The Sri Lankan Orators Gavel Club situated in the Kingdom of Bahrain is a friendly closed community gavel club where members can develop communication and leadership skills in a positive, learning atmosphere.
We host meetings every Thursday evening where members and guests have the chance to improve their communication, evaluation, and leadership skills while having lots of fun.
HISTORY OF SLOGC:
The Sri Lankan Orators Gavel Club founded in 2007 was the 3rd gavel club established in the kingdom of Bahrain. The club started as a result of a successful Youth Leadership Program conducted by the Sri Lanka Club Symposium Toastmasters. Since January 2007, SLOGC have set remarkable standards which has enabled us to create excellent youth leaders and exuberant public speakers.
Each member and DTM Ahmed Rizvi had played a huge role into the upbringing of the club's standards and class. The core values of our club are integrity, dedication to excellence, service to the members and respect to each individual. These values are incorporated in all the decisions we make and because of it we are one of the few best clubs.
